- ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years old to use Pet Connect’s services.
Services are currently available to residents of California, Oregon, Pennsylvania, and Utah, subject to provider availability and applicable laws.
- CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS
California law (AB 468) imposes additional requirements for certain Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations involving dogs. California residents seeking ESA documentation for a dog may be required to establish a client-provider relationship for at least 30 days before documentation can be issued. Additional consultations may be required to comply with applicable state law.
- SERVICES
Pet Connect provides administrative and technology services that connect individuals with licensed mental health professionals for Emotional Support Animal (ESA) evaluations.
Pet Connect does not provide therapy, medical treatment, legal advice, disability determinations, or healthcare services.
All clinical assessments, diagnoses, recommendations, and decisions regarding ESA documentation are made solely by the evaluating licensed mental health professional exercising independent professional judgment.
Use of the Pet Connect website does not establish a therapist-client relationship with Pet Connect.
- IMPORTANT NOTICE
Pet Connect is not a healthcare provider, medical practice, or mental health clinic.
Information provided on this website is for general informational purposes only and should not be considered medical, psychological, psychiatric, or legal advice.
Pet Connect does not guarantee qualification for ESA documentation, issuance of ESA documentation, or approval of an accommodation request by a landlord, housing provider, homeowners association (HOA), or other third party.
Each client is evaluated individually by a licensed mental health professional based on their clinical judgment and applicable laws.
- FEES, PAYMENT, AND REFUNDS
Fees are due at the time services are scheduled or purchased.
Pet Connect does not accept insurance, and all fees are the responsibility of the client.
Refunds, cancellations, rescheduling requests, administrative fees, and same-day consultation fees are governed by Pet Connect’s Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

By purchasing or using Pet Connect’s services, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the Refund Policy.
- CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
You agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information throughout the evaluation process.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in cancellation of services and may affect eligibility for refunds.
- CLIENT CONDUCT
Users agree to use the Pet Connect website and services in a lawful and respectful manner.
Users may not:
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the website in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to interfere with the operation, security, or functionality of the website.
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or misuse website content without written permission.
Pet Connect reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services if a user violates these Terms of Service or engages in unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.
- EMERGENCY SERVICES
Pet Connect does not provide crisis intervention, emergency services, or emergency mental health care.

- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content appearing on the Pet Connect website, including text, graphics, logos, images, documents, and materials, is the property of Pet Connect, LLC and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.
- DISCLAIMER
Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Pet Connect makes no guarantee regarding qualification for ESA documentation, issuance of ESA documentation, housing accommodations, or decisions made by landlords, housing providers, homeowners associations, or other third parties.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pet Connect shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the use of its website or services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California.
